I called Pinard's after a bad experience with another florist. I spoke with Suzanne who patiently listened to my request for a customized order for specific colors and flowers. She had wonderful suggestions and recommendations and assured me that my order would be delivered tomorrow. I spoke with her for about 1/2 hour to finalize the specific flowers and colors. There is no way to express how fortunate we were to have Pinard's create their masterpieces for my daughter's wedding. Everything from the moment that we walked in the door to start planning until we saw the beautiful flowers on the table, on the archway and seeing my daughter holding the beautiful bouquet, we could not have been happier!!!
